By making the quiet space in your mentality, you gain many benefits, primarily the ability to precisely focus on ideas that benefit yourself and the people you choose to be with, of your own determinations.
The benefits extend to realizing you are now making choices from the mindset that “yourself is the boss of you” and choices that benefit you and the people you choose loyalty to.
Making space allows you to take the time to spread your ideas out into parts and counterparts so you will make better actionable choices on the values that match to your self improvement desires.
Making space allows the vision and realization that you are the boss and that you are a logical thinker and an intuitional feeler. One side gets things done, the other guards fairness.

“The Invention of the Jewish People” is a study of Jewish historiography by Shlomo Sand, Professor of History at Tel Aviv University. The book was on the best-seller list in Israel for nineteen weeks.
